In addition to the enhanced resolution, this LG monitor also supports a color spectrum of P3 99% along with a 10-bit color depth for a more accurate color representation.

To accompany the enhanced resolution and detail offered by the 27MD5K display, LG has incorporated Thunderbolt 3 connectivity into this monitor making it easy to transmit 5K content without any hiccups. In addition to high speed data transmission, the connection also enables charging of connected devices such as a compatible MacBook Pro (up to 85W). Along with the Thunderbolt 3 port users can also take advantage of three USB Type-C ports to connect peripherals directly to the monitor.
